Questions, answered.

Is Boop free?

Yes. The diary, the doodles, up to three habits, the inhabitants and the lock are free, for good. Boop Plus adds as many habits as you like, the widgets, a copy in your iCloud, every paper and font, Draw for me past three drawings and steps from Apple Health. It comes by the week, month or year, or once for good; the App Store shows the price in your currency.

Where is my diary kept? Can anyone read it?

On your iPhone. Boop has no account, so there is no server holding your diary and nobody to read it. With Plus, Boop also keeps a copy in your own iCloud Drive. A code and Face ID can lock the diary on the phone itself.

Does Draw for me send my photos anywhere?

No. The drawing is made on the iPhone itself: it works offline, and the photo never leaves the phone.

What happens when I get a new phone?

With the iCloud copy on, install Boop on the new phone and it offers to bring your diary back. Without it, export a backup file in Settings, which is free, and restore it on the new phone.

Is there Boop for iPad or Android?

Not yet. Boop is for iPhone, on iOS 17 or later.

What languages does Boop speak?

English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Serbian.
